William Young

Physiotherapist

Will is an experienced Physiotherapist with a broad background working across both acute and community NHS settings. His experience has allowed him to work with a wide variety of patients and conditions, helping individuals improve their movement, reduce pain and return confidently to the activities that matter most to them.

Will takes a patient centred approach to treatment, focusing on understanding each individual’s goals and creating clear, realistic rehabilitation plans to help them achieve them. He combines hands on treatment with tailored exercise prescription to improve strength, stability and overall function, helping patients maximise both recovery and performance.

He has experience using a range of manual therapy techniques including joint mobilisations, Mulligan techniques, soft tissue massage and rehabilitation based exercise programming. His approach is focused not only on relieving symptoms, but also on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of pain or dysfunction.

Alongside his clinical work, Will is passionate about sport, fitness and personal development. He is a keen runner and is currently working towards completing a marathon this year. He enjoys following and learning about a wide range of sports and is always looking to expand his knowledge and understanding of movement, rehabilitation and performance.

Outside of physiotherapy, Will recently spent a year travelling and experiencing different cultures around the world, something he feels helped broaden both his perspective and communication skills. Patients often appreciate his calm, approachable manner and supportive style within the clinic.

Meet Will at our Thornbury and Yate clinics.
