Katie Halpin

Katie is the head of our customer experience team and has been part of the team since March 22. If you are looking for a warm and compassionate person to chat to before and after treatment then look no further!

Alongside her role of being a friendly face and a listening ear to all our patients (and staff). Katie is responsible for overseeing the operations of the clinics and ensuring our patient journey is outstanding from the moment you contact us.

Outside of work Katie has 2 children and 2 step sons. She is an amazing mum and is known to regularly say “They are all adults although it doesn’t always feel like it!!”

In her spare time Katie enjoy going for walks with her dog Barley. Her favourite place to walk is by the coast as she loves the freshness of the sea air. At home she enjoys pottering about in her garden and cooking for the family when she gets the chance.
