Hila is a Senior Physiotherapist at The Thornbury Clinic having joined the team from her previous role as a lead physiotherapist in the armed forces.
Hila is an experienced physiotherapist with over 14 years experience working in Hospitals , Professional sports and the armed forces and has written published research papers on how to reduce neck pain in fast jet pilots.
Alongside her physiotherapy skills Hila has qualifications in Dry Needling, Fascial Manipulation and Mulligan mobilisation techniques. Hila is also a clinical supervisor for training and newly graduated physiotherapists.
