Hila Gold
Senior Physiotherapist
Hila is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 16 years of helping people move better, feel stronger, and confidently manage injuries when they arise. Her career spans from hospitals, professional sports teams, and the armed forces, where her published research on reducing neck pain in fast-jet pilots continues to be influential.
She has extensive experience working with young athletes, dancers, gymnasts, and amateur sports enthusiasts. Supporting them through injury recovery, performance optimisation, and a safe return to training. With a deep understanding of the demands of these disciplines and varying levels of sport participation, she tailors each treatment plan to help individuals thrive.
Hila has a special interest in Fascial Manipulation, a soft-tissue technique designed to release tension and restore natural movement. She combines this with personalised exercise programmes to support full recovery, prevent future injuries, and build long-term confidence.
She is also trained in Dry Needling and Mulligan Mobilisation Techniques, integrating these approaches to enhance recovery and improve mobility.
In her free time, Hila enjoys running, playing netball, and training in CrossFit.
