Charlotte is a Chiropractor and with a special interest in Injury Rehabilitation. Charlotte has a strong foundation in personal training bringing expertise and passion to our clinic. With years of experience across fitness and clinical settings, she brings a unique, well-rounded approach to helping patients recover from injury, reduce pain, and improve functional movement. Charlotte graduated in 2020 from the University of South with a First Class Masters Degree in Chiropractic, and since then, has dedicated her career to delivering personalised, evidenced-based care.
Beginning her career as a personal trainer, Charlotte developed a solid foundation in human movement, strength training, and biomechanics. This passion for movement and performance led to further studies in chiropractic care and rehabilitation—allowing her to support patients through every stage of recovery, from hands-on treatment to active rehabilitation.
Charlotte uses a variety of techniques to suit each individual; including manipulation, dry needling, taping, and soft tissue techniques – whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to move and feel better. Charlotte strives to continually develop her skills by attending additional courses regularly.
Outside of work, Charlotte is a keen cyclist, runner, and swimmer – experiences that shape her understanding of injury prevention and performance firsthand.
