Brandon Donno
Massage Therapist
Brandon is a massage therapist at the Thornbury Clinic and has a special interest in working with runners, athletes and anyone who enjoys exercise, Brandon focusses on releasing off tension, decreasing pain and helping improve performance.
Having worked at large sporting events (including the Bath Half marathon), Brandon enjoys working with athletes at all levels to help them understand the importance of massage therapy. In practice, Brandon uses a variety of techniques including myofascial and soft tissue release, trigger point therapy and METs.
Brandon has spent 2 years studying biokinetics before finishing off his training at the University of Bath completing his level 3 and 4 (active IQ) Sports Massage.
Brandons interest working with athletes comes from his experience competing at national level in athletics, Cross country and Road running in south Africa. Brandon has a keen interest and understanding in the importance of maintaining the body and keeping it healthy and injury free.
