Chiropractic
What is Chiropractic
Chiropractic treatment involves a trained doctor of chiropractic using adjustment techniques to help resolve a large array of muscular and skeletal disorders. A Chiropractor will be highly trained in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders such as back pain, sciatica, neck pain, headaches and muscle injuries. They use accurate adjustments to the spine and extremities to improve mobility along with ensuring the body is in the optimal position to heal properly.
What will a Chiropractic consultation Involve?
Our Chiropractors across the Thornbury Clinic and Yate Active clinic are specialists in diagnosing the root cause of injury and pain and resolving this. You first appointment will involve a full clinical assessment including your past medical history and previous injuries before objectively assessing your movements and function. You will then have a report of findings delivered as well as a treatment plan and realistic goals of recovery.
Following this assessment, if time allows and it is appropriate, you will receive treatment that may involve chiropractic adjustment, soft tissue release, dry needling along with advice and exercises.
Why choose us?
Our Team of Chiropractors are all Doctors in Chiropractic with at least 10 years experience. They are hand picked for their extensive clinical knowledge, patient centred approach and openness to work in a multidisciplinary team to ensure that every patient gets the right treatment for them.
