Adult Ballet Classes
What is Ballet
Ballet is a low impact dance based system that focuses on core strength, flexibility, posture and muscular imbalances. Ballet can be traced back to the early Italian Renaissance courts of the 15th century. Noblemen and women were treated to lavish events, especially wedding celebrations, where dancing and music created an elaborate spectacle. Today Ballet is known worldwide as a beautiful artform involving movements that create beautiful lines of flexibilty, strength and mobility of the body.
